Hurricane Bill . . . departing

Eight days later, now a hurricane, Bill curves to the northeast well off the Atlantic coastline, only causing high surf conditions in northern States.

Tropical Storm Claudette formed earlier on Sunday just offshore and has already made landfall in Florida's Panhandle.

Tropical Storm Bill will pass to the north of the Virgin Islands on Thursday 8/20.

Tropical Storm Ana downgraded to Tropical Depression and will pass south of the Virgin Islands on Monday 8/17.
